A redesign involves rethinking and rebuilding your e-commerce platform - UX, design, architecture, features - to solve structural issues. A migration focuses on changing the technical solution (for example, moving from Magento to Shopify). Both can be combined, but the challenges and methodology differ.
02 How long does a complete e-commerce redesign take?
Between 6 and 14 months depending on complexity (catalog size, number of integrations, markets, level of customization). Our iterative approach enables delivering value from the first months via an MVP, then progressively enriching the platform.
03 How do you avoid SEO traffic loss during a redesign?
